Food as Art
Japanese are the absolute undisputed masters of details. On a recent trip to Tokyo Japan we may just have discovered the best, yet most unknown, Japanese restaurant. This is a super tiny place and the owner is both the chef and server. She is dedicated to the art of food and likes to maintain complete control on quality from the food to the service and everything in between. This hidden gem of a restaurant serves both lunch and dinner. Seating space is very limited so a reservation is required. We had the most amazing lunch ever, the seasonal lunch box (two layers) for 2,000 Yen. Try to discover it yourself before Guide Michelin does!
