Car Hood Ornaments

There used to be a time when the hood ornament of a car was considered to be a real art work. Car designers put a lot of thought into hood ornament design. That was before people started to realize that they were actually pretty dangerous in case of an accident. Photographer Keven Atkinson captured some really beautiful car ornaments at car salvage yards around the country, with styles ranging from Art Deco to Streamline.
